If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

Exchange or return for a refund

The products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. A new product can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible, please ensure that.

-The product is in the original packaging

-The product is not used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To return the products, please send a change request to customer service at service@asweus.com Most returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving your package.


We will issue the refund to your wallet within a few days unless otherwise informed that the refund will be made to your payment account in advance. The wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or debited to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

We do not accept exchange and return requests once the "Specials" are sold.

Purchase not eligible for return:

-Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when submitting the return/exchange request.

After you have received a confirmation from our customer service, send the product together with the product list with the product ID. A tracking number for the returned package is required. We will take care of product exchanges or refunds after we receive your returned package.

Damaged items

If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order cancellation

We offer full refunds if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

You should send an order cancellation request to our customer service at info@asweus. as soon as you decide to cancel the order.


For orders that have been canceled but not shipped within 24 hours of purchase, we offer a partial refund after applying a 15% cancellation fee.

We DO NOT accept cancellation requests once the orders have shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be posted.

Customers are only charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns) and consumers are not charged for inventory to return the product.

WARMLY RETURNING NOTE: Kindly please contact us in advance but don't return directly to the sender address on your parcel that mentioned of carrier’s transit warehouse and invalid reimbursement.
Also, any after-sales matters we advised the consultant about in 5 calendar days were solved. (varied from practical amount feed).

Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our website.
